This is the Walla Walla Valley’s collaborative spirit in action. Four dinners hosted across the Valley, each one bringing together multiple winemakers and guests for a night of great wine, great food, and real conversation. Pick a lively social evening built for discovery and good company or enjoy an intimate, multi-course dinner that puts the depth of this place front and center.

The Venue

Saturday events are held at Tranche, with vineyard views toward the Blue Mountains. Dress for a summer evening outdoors, and do not forget the western chic theme!

FAQS

Are all winemaker dinners sold out?
Yes. All four Friday dinners are sold out. Saturday Open Tasting tickets are still available at wallawallawine.com/celebrate.
Are the dinners indoors or outdoors?
It varies by dinner. Rooted on the Range and Fire & Wine are outdoors, weather permitting. Hootenanny is on the patio at Echolands. Barrels & Brisket is outdoors at Moonbase Estate Vineyard. Dress for a summer evening outside.
What is the age requirement?
Celebrate Walla Walla Valley Wine is a 21+ event.
Can I bring my dog?
Pets are not permitted on the venue grounds for either the Friday winemaker dinners or the Saturday event at Tranche.
Do I need to confirm or reserve my shuttle seat?

If you selected transportation during your ticket purchase, no confirmation is required. Simply arrive at your hotel departure location before your scheduled shuttle time.

Can I drive myself to the Rooted on the Range dinner at Sagemoor’s Glass House?

Transportation is included and required for the Rooted on the Range dinner. The Glass House is located 20 miles outside of downtown Walla Walla and the exact address is shared after purchase. Simply arrive at your shuttle departure location before your scheduled time.

Is parking available at the winemaker dinners?

Yes. Parking is available at Barrels & Brisket at Moonbase Estate Vineyard, Hootenanny at Echolands Winery, and Fire & Wine at Patterson Cellars. If you plan to drive, please arrange a designated driver or rideshare in advance.

For Rooted on the Range at Sagemoor’s Glass House, transportation is included and required. The venue is located 20 miles outside of downtown Walla Walla and self-driving is not an option for this dinner.

How many wineries are pouring at the Open Tasting?

25 Walla Walla Valley wineries are pouring at Saturday’s Open Tasting. See the full participating winery list at wallawallawine.com/celebrate.

Is food included with my Open Tasting ticket?

Yes. Paired bites by Miss Huddy’s BBQ are included with all ticket tiers during the Open Tasting.

What time does the Open Tasting start and end?

The Open Tasting runs from 5:00 to 6:30 pm on Saturday, June 20 at Tranche.

Can I upgrade my ticket at the event?

We recommend purchasing your preferred ticket tier in advance as upgrades on site are not guaranteed. Visit wallawallawine.com/celebrate to upgrade before the event.

Is there parking at Tranche?

Yes. Parking is available on site.

What shuttle should I take for the Open Tasting?

If you have an Open Tasting ticket, shuttles depart from the following locations on Saturday, June 20:

Courtyard by Marriott — 4:20 pm | Marcus Whitman Hotel — 4:30 pm | The FINCH — 4:40 pm

What food is served at Summer Supper?

Miss Huddy’s BBQ serves a buffet-style supper. All Summer Supper and VIP ticket holders will enjoy a full BBQ dinner.

Is wine included with my Summer Supper ticket?

Yes. Welcome wines (and a signature cocktail) are included with your Summer Supper + Open Tasting ticket. Additional wines are available for purchase at the Bottle Shop onsite.

What is the dress code for the Summer Supper?

Western chic. Think elevated wine country with a nod to the Valley’s agricultural roots. The event takes place on outdoor vineyard grounds, so we recommend leaving the heels at home.

What shuttle should I take for the Summer Supper?

Summer Supper + Open Tasting and VIP ticket holders should take the later shuttle departing from downtown hotels on Saturday, June 20:

Courtyard by Marriott — 4:40 pm | Marcus Whitman Hotel — 4:50 pm | The FINCH — 5:00 pm

Return service from Tranche begins at 6:30 pm.

Which wineries are pouring library wines at the VIP experience?

Five wineries are pouring exclusive library wines aged 10 or more years at the VIP experience: Caprio Cellars, Tranche, Watermill Winery, L’Ecole N° 41, and Reininger Winery.
