Cabernet & MORE Grand Tasting at The Marcus Whitman Hotel – this year features a bottle shop where attendees can purchase take-home bottles!

THE FOLLOWING IS PROVIDED

  • Shared table for pouring
  • Winery name sign
  • Lanyard
  • Table Sign
  • Dump Bucket
  • One Glass

YOU NEED TO PROVIDE

  • ONE winery representative
  • Wine
  • Pouring devices
  • Wine key
  • Napkins/bar towel
  • Collateral/wine information
  • MAST permit

WINE DONATION

  • View the wine you signed up to pour program (pages 14-17) HERE
  • Bring enough wine to serve 200 people: approximately 8-10 bottles
  • Please do not over pour – keep it to 1 oz.
  • In the State of Washington, distributors CANNOT handle donated product, so all wine must be delivered by the winery on the day of the event

DURING THE EVENT

  • Each winery is permitted ONE pourer only. You will have a shared table.
  • Per the state Liquor Board: Anyone working at the event may not consume alcohol
  • Sales/Orders of wine- In accordance with the rules of a Special Occasion License issued by the LCB NO sales or orders of wine can take place and NO attendee can walk out of the venue with any amount of wine

AFTER THE EVENT

  • The event will end promptly at 6:30 PM
  • Clear all wine bottles, sales information, and other materials from your table
  • All empty and partial bottles must be left on-site. Place all empty and partial bottles inside of a box and place beside your table

  • All empty and partial bottles must be left on-site. Place all empty and partial bottles inside of a box and place below tasting table

SIGNED UP TO SELL WINE?

  1. Please display your sale bottle with the provided bottle neck to indicate purchase opportunity.
  2. Bottle Shop will be open throughout the event and 30 minutes after close from 1:00-4:30 PM
  3. No sales will take place at winery tables.
  4. Wineries must visit the Bottle Shop when the event ends to confirm quantity sold and check out with the Wine Alliance.
