  • Barrel Full of Money Auction & Community Event at The Motor Co. on Friday, December 6 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM
    • As part of Holiday Barrel Weekend, this is the culminating event with a live & silent auction, entertainment, wine, food and festivities! Tickets are $75 with the option to upgrade to VIP status – you can purchase tickets HERE

WAYS TO PARTICIPATE

1. DONATE A PORTION OF SALES FROM A PARTICULAR WINE, PACKAGE OR TIME PERIOD

  • The details of this promotion are entirely up to you
  • One option is to identify a ‘BOTTLE FOR BMAC’ sell at retail or cost and donate the difference to the effort!

    • To Participate: Send the following to [email protected] 
      •   Type of promotion
      •   Which wines are included
      •   Proceed amount or percentage
      •   Promotional dates

2. DONATE TASTING FEES

  • Choose to donate tasting fees from OR match tasting fees from a designated period of time (i.e., Fall Release, month of November, Holiday Barrel, etc.)
    • To Participate: Send the timeframe you would like to donate OR timeframe you’d like match fees from to [email protected] 

3.  DONATE AN AUCTION ITEM

  • Highly marketable items include large format bottles of wine, reserve/ limited wines, wine verticals, vacation homes, special experiences, etc.
    •  To Participate: Please fill out the in-kind donation form HERE and send to [email protected]. Auction items can be brought to the Walla Walla Valley Wine Alliance office (inside The Drayman House at 10 N. 7th Ave) or a volunteer can pick-up from your winery by November 22.

4. SOMETHING ELSE

  • From mini events to multi-course dinners, you’ve come to us with great ideas! You’re welcome to contribute in a way that is unique and meaningful to you.  

 Members that contribute any of these opportunities will be listed on the “Opportunities to Give” section of the Barrel Full of Money webpage, and promoted on social media.
