AVA Maps

Use the interactive maps below to orient yourself with our designated wine grape-growing regions: The Walla Walla Valley AVA and The Rocks District of Milton-Freewater AVA.

The Walla Walla Valley AVA straddles state lines: two-thirds of the AVA in Washington and one-third is in Oregon.

The Walla Walla Valley appellation's boundaries suggest the shape of a cut diamond. The Rocks District of Milton-Freewater AVA lies wholly within the Walla Walla Valley AVA and has a long and rich agricultural fruit-growing history.

Outlined above, The Rocks District of Milton-Freewater AVA is believed to be the only AVA in the United States that is defined solely on the basis of its terroir and the cobblestone gravels which are its trademark.
