Visitors can be the first to enjoy the new vintage and take home a selection of wines, many of which can be found only by visiting the wineries and tasting rooms themselves.

Preview Sapolil Cellars' newest wine release Downtown Main Street as local restaurant Mr. Eds presents an authentic pig roast (yup, right here at 15 E Main).

Your ticket includes a freshly roasted pork plate and a preview glass of Sapolil Cellars' 2008 Gandy Dancer (Syrah, Malbec, Sangiovese).

Also, participants will have a chance to win a diamond from Martin's Jewelers. Each glass of Gandy Dancer poured will include a stone from Martin's Jewelers. One lucky wine drinker will get an actual diamond - participants just have to pop across Main Street to Martin's Jewelers to find out. And throughout the event, Dr. Mark Brown will entertain musically.

Winemakers' Fête

Winemakers’ Fête, which serves as the kickoff event for the annual Holiday Barrel Tasting weekend, offers guests an intimate dining experience with many of Walla Walla’s most renowned winemakers, but the exciting component is guests are unaware of which winery will be their host for the evening until after the event begins.

Each one of the 14 tables is hosted by Walla Walla winemakers; guests will enjoy a beautiful four-course meal prepared by Chef Bear Ullman, executive chef of The Marc restaurant in the Marcus Whitman Hotel complete with paired wines and a free magnum for one lucky guest at each table. Guests also have the opportunity to taste a variety of the Valley’s wines and to bid on special, holiday-themed lots in a silent auction preceding the dinner.
